Contract Care are looking for passionate Assistants in Nursing (AINs) / Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to provide hands-on care for residents across multiple aged care facilities in the Northern Rivers region. Pick shifts that suit you and enjoy flexible, rewarding work.

Your Role:

• Assist residents with daily living (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility)
• Monitor and report changes in health and wellbeing
• Maintain a safe, clean environment
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Work collaboratively with a caring, professional team

What You'll Need:

• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability (or equivalent)
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar role in Australia
• Current Australian Police Check & NDIS Worker Screening
• Full working rights in Australia
• COVID-19 + flu vaccinations
